Lauren helps oversee the day-to -day running at Castleton Mill, supporting tenants and maintaining high standards throughout the building. She plays a key role in ensuring the Mill remains welcoming and organised and professionally run.

Erin supports the day-to day experience and operations of Castleton Mill, helping ensure the building feels welcoming, creative and professionally run. Alongside Front of House responsibilities, she supports tenant engagement, hospitality, communications and overall atmosphere of the Mill.

Helen looks after the finances at Castleton Mill, keeping everything balanced and organised behind the scenes. She keeps everything in order and makes sure the finances run seamlessly.

Steve manages the building and facilities, making sure Castleton Mill is safe, well-maintained, and enjoyable to work in. Practical and reliable, he’s the go-to when something needs sorting.
